

When recycling waste produced by waste pulp, separation is difficult because the waste contains various impurities such as plastic, iron, copper, aluminum, wood, stone, sand, pulp, and mud. At present, manual sorting of waste is generally relied on, the labor intensity is very high, and the working environment of workers is also very poor. Moreover, manual selection is difficult to select cleanly, which will cause a lot of inconvenience to subsequent processing. For example, the missed detection of some large impurities may have very serious consequences for subsequent mechanized processing of waste, and even cause damage to subsequent processing machinery. This project aims to invent an automatic bulk material separator to improve work efficiency.
1. Core technology
(1) A conical distributor with a double spiral structure is arranged inside the material barrel. The conical distributor is connected to the transmission device through a transmission rod. The transmission rod runs through the conical distributor, and a scraping device is connected below the transmission rod;
(2) A feed port is arranged above the material barrel, and a first discharge port is arranged on the upper part of the side wall of the material barrel;
(3) The bottom of the barrel has a conical structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, forming a conical bottom of the barrel. A drain valve is arranged at the lowermost part of the conical bottom of the barrel.
(4) A discharge device with a conveyor belt is connected below the material barrel. A number of material blocking plates are arranged on the conveyor belt to separate the material barrel from the conical bottom of the material barrel.
(5) A rack is arranged above the material barrel, and the variable-speed motor is connected above the material barrel through the rack.
2. Innovation points
(1) The double spiral structure of the conical dispenser and the use of a variable-speed motor can enable the material to be better dispersed.
(2) The conical bottom of the barrel with a conical structure can allow sediment and other impurities to be better deposited at the bottom. If you need to clean up impurities, you can open the drain valve.
(3) The bottom of the conveyor belt is connected to a barrier structure retaining plate, which only allows sediment to flow into the cone bottom of the material barrel, while retaining large materials on the retaining plate.
