The team designed and developed to understand coupled active universal casters, direct-drive universal casters and omni-directional mobile platforms based on universal casters. The decoupled active universal casters are an international innovative product that can achieve 0-360° omnidirectional motion under pure rolling conditions. In addition, the team combines its own advantages in motor design and drive control, and can provide technical solutions and services from materials to motors to drive control for the entire chain and source. It can take advantage of the source to reduce product production costs and be cost-effective.
Strong ability to design, innovate and customize on demand. The R & D team is a scientific research team with more than 30 people, with more than 70% doctoral degrees or deputy senior titles. Taking advantage of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences in materials research and development, it has opened up the complete technical chain of material-motor design-motor manufacturing-drive design and manufacturing-motion control system research and development-robot system integration and application, which facilitates optimization design and research from all dimensions of materials, devices, systems, etc. Gather the strengths of everyone to improve product performance and quality. The team has produced 6 omnidirectional mobile platforms, 2 of which have been applied to the intelligent logistics system of the engine production workshop of a large domestic automobile company, helping to complete the conclusion of the national intelligent manufacturing equipment project.
