The Carbon Seeking Plan was initiated by Tencent, which unites industry and investment partners to invest flexible catalytic capital and connect industrial forces to promote large-scale application of cutting-edge low-carbon technologies. The first phase of the Carbon Search Plan focuses on innovative carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technology, publicly solicits project plans, creates demonstration CCU and CCS system implementation projects, incubates start-ups with positive economic potential, and helps CCUS basic capacity building.
