After years of leapfrog development, Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port has developed into one of the most important international comprehensive ports along my country's coast. As the number of ships entering and leaving the port increases year by year, the original ship berthing and deberthing technology can no longer adapt to the development of Yangshan Deepwater Port. In order to increase the window time for ship berthing and deberthing, there is an urgent need to develop a new ship berthing and deberthing technology-"mooring technology."
In order to solve the technical problem of increasing the window time for ship berthing and deberthing. Shengdong International Container Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Port Group, the Marine Department of Yangshan Port and Shanghai Maritime University jointly conducted a research project on the overall research of "mooring technology." The main innovation points are as follows:
In order to solve the technical problem of increasing the window time for ship berthing and deberthing. Shengdong International Container Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Port Group, the Marine Department of Yangshan Port and Shanghai Maritime University jointly conducted a research project on the overall research of "mooring technology." The main innovation points are as follows:
- Multi-sensor network-based hydrometeorological, water scale, ship track and other information collection and fusion analysis technology: Current meters, wave and tide meters, wind gauges, bathymeters and other instruments are used to collect hydrometeorological, water depth, channel width and other data of Yangshan Port and nearby waters on site through sensors and network transmission networks. GPS, AIS, VTS, etc. The actual ship track information is collected on site, and the multi-source fusion analysis algorithm is used to provide a guarantee for improving the reliability of simulation test results.
- Risk and management simulation model and knowledge discovery technology for ships approaching and leaving Yangshan Deepwater Port. Through the analysis of ship opening and closing windows, and integrating digital simulation technologies such as digital tidal current, electronic nautical charts, and electronic port three-dimensional visual scenes, a digital simulation model of ship opening and closing windows is established. Combined with the independently developed large-scale ship operation simulator, the ship is developed. Risk and management simulation model and knowledge discovery technology for Yangshan Deepwater Port. Using this technology, navigation simulation experiments are carried out on different channel conditions, wind current conditions, ship speeds, etc. to manage and control the risks of ships berating and leaving Yangshan Deepwater Port.
- Construction technology of maritime expert experience knowledge base. Extensive collection of the rich experience of many pilots and captains in ship berthing and deberthing, and through data analogy analysis models, tugboat auxiliary models and port auxiliary support models, a knowledge base of the experience of navigation experts such as pilots and captains has been built.
- Based on the current situation of ship opening and closing windows in Yangshan Deepwater Port, the factors affecting the ship opening and closing windows are analyzed. Through the combination of theoretical basis, simulation tests and practical experience, the mooring technology in the swing waters at the front of the terminal is developed, and it is proposed to increase the ship opening and closing windows. Specific plans for window time will improve the navigation capacity of Yangshan Deepwater Port Area.
During the research and application process of this project, 2 patents have been applied for and authorized to publish 8 academic papers related to Yangshan Deepwater Port Terminal Function Improvement, Accident Analysis, Safety Management, Berthing Operations, Ship Routing System, etc., including 1 SCI search paper.
This topic has established six mathematical models in the risk and management simulation technology of ships approaching and leaving Yangshan Deepwater Port. The application of the project has led to the improvement of the utilization rate of the terminal berth, increased the operating time of the terminal berth, reduced energy consumption, and reduced emissions.
The project has achieved management innovation, design innovation and technological innovation based on integration. In 2011, 522 single mooring operations were implemented; in 2012, 1020 single mooring operations were implemented and 308 double mooring operations were implemented. In 2011 and 2012, a total of 74.0208 million yuan of production capacity was released.
The promotion and application of relevant technologies and systems is of important demonstration significance for promoting the technological development of the same type of container terminal operations at home and abroad and improving terminal economic benefits.
