This project belongs to the field of energy conservation and emission reduction, especially the removal of multiple pollutants from coal-fired flue gas, including flue gas mercury adsorbent and its injection system device that can simultaneously desulfurize and denitrate, flue gas denitrification system and device, and photocatalytic mercury removal system and device.

Supported by a series of scientific research plans such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Fund for Returned Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education, the Shanghai City Shuguang Talent Plan, the Pujiang Talent Plan, and the key scientific and technological research projects of the Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission. After long-term research, the main innovations are:

1) A coal-fired flue gas mercury adsorbent and its injection system and device that can simultaneously desulfurize and denitrification have been developed to realize the joint removal of multiple pollutants;2) A new flue gas denitrification system and device have been developed, which can realize the high-dust flue gas denitrification device. Self-purification in a flue gas atmosphere greatly improves the efficiency and service life of the denitrification catalyst;3) A device for photocatalytic removal of flue gas mercury enables the desulfurization tower to coordinate the removal of flue gas mercury.

Application situation or application prospectsThis technology includes adsorbent preparation and injection system and device, including flue gas denitrification device and its application, including photocatalyst flue gas pollutant removal technology and device.
