Major innovations in key testing technologies 1: This project, combined with the formulation and revision of a series of industry standards by the Ministry of Public Security, originally proposes a complete complete sound signal inspection plan for the entire process of building intercom systems to solve the problem of subjective and objective voice quality evaluation in my country's original implementation standards. The problem of inconsistency has become the core technical requirements and test methods of GA/T 72-2005 and GA/T 678-2007 standards. The project adheres to the principle of black box detection, and through a large number of theoretical derivation and practical verification, it establishes a test model and calculation model for the interphone transmission characteristics of the building for the first time, realizing a comprehensive evaluation of the system's voice transmission quality, and enabling the product to be designed in terms of call quality and structure. Rationality has been significantly improved, promoting product upgrades, and greatly promoting technological progress and structural upgrades in the entire industry. Based on this, my country was finally able to obtain the right to formulate four international standards for the full range of IEC62820 floor intercom in 2012, laying the foundation for China products to enter and dominate the international market. According to the voting results of P member states of IEC TC79, this testing technology and standard are significantly superior to the current EU standards and are at the international leading level. An international invention patent has been applied for (patent application number PCT/CN2014/075632).

Major innovations in key measurement technologies 2: Aiming at the world's technical problem that the measurement accuracy is difficult to improve in two-way free sound field measurement, the project adopts secondary processing technology after fast discrete Fourier series transformation to achieve the measurement accuracy of acoustic signal distortion to ≤2% level. This technology has been applied in the development of special testing equipment, reaching the international advanced level, and obtaining a China invention patent (Patent No. ZL2008 1 0203913.8).

Innovation in acoustic test point control technology: Aiming at the technical problem of how to ensure the stability, reproducibility and accuracy of acoustic signals in two-way free sound field measurement, the project adopts synchronous centering technology and positioning head frame scheme to enable various types of shell structure products, the receiving and sound transmission measurement positions are constant. This technology is applied in special testing equipment, and there are no similar products at home and abroad.

Innovation and industrialization of special testing instruments: The project combines testing standards and patented technology, and uses simulation technology and space field measurement technology to develop special testing instruments. It has passed the national metrology certification and the Ministry of Public Security's Application Innovation Plan project review and finalization as a standard. Testing instruments are industrialized. This instrument is not only used for testing Louyu intercom products in third-party laboratories of national quality inspection agencies, but also goes out of the laboratory and is marketed at home and abroad.
