

This project is a scientific and technological research project of Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission. On the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced industrial network communication technology and modern control technology, the project combines the characteristics of many domestic industrial field equipment with multiple suppliers and multiple communication protocols, and takes the rail transit power monitoring system as the entry point to successfully develop a networked integrated control system based on multiple communication protocols, forming the core competitiveness of networked control with independent intellectual property rights. After searching, the comprehensive technical level has reached the international advanced level.
Electricity is used in all aspects of rail transit. Therefore, a high-quality power monitoring system is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of rail transit. During different construction periods, my country's rail transit has selected professional systems from suppliers from different countries. Due to the inconsistent technical backgrounds, standards and standards of various companies, and the different and incompatible equipment functions, information collection, information release, centralized monitoring, vehicle-ground information interaction and system integration for the status of the entire network equipment during rail transit network construction and operation have created many obstacles.
Based on the informatization and networking development needs of rail transit power systems and the current situation of diversification of field equipment communication protocols, this project adopts industrial Ethernet as the backbone network for the first time and integrates field bus and short-range wireless communication technologies, overcoming many technical difficulties such as integrating multiple communication protocol buses, networked measurement and control systems integrating management and control, and has researched and developed a networked integrated control system based on multiple communication protocols.
After years of research, the project has overcome many key technologies such as network integrated architecture of multi-bus systems, multi-protocol communication technology, static planning and configuration of networks and dynamic communication, and peer-to-peer communication that need to be solved urgently in this field, and has achieved a series of technologies. Innovation results:
1) Created a convenient, efficient and stable network architecture, realizing the seamless integration of Profibus-DP, CANopen, Modbus, Zigbee, WiFi, etc. on the industrial Ethernet EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP as the backbone network.
2) Maximize the sharing of power supply system resources, improve network communication efficiency, solve the problem of data and system heterogeneity, achieve breakthrough resource coordination, meet system dynamic requirements, improve the utilization rate of maintenance resources, and greatly shorten Accident emergency repair time.
3) We have developed a number of products with independent intellectual property rights such as Ethernet/IP Scanner and CANopen master PLC. The core technologies we have mastered are conducive to the secondary development of the system, so as to realize the expansion and expansion of system functions and meet the needs of power systems in various fields. Informatization.
4) The system realizes mechatronics, intelligent monitoring, networked management, and information sharing, and solves the technical bottleneck that has long plagued the development of networked control systems in my country.
During the implementation of this project, a total of 7 patents were applied, including 5 invention patents, 2 software copyrights, and 4 domestic core journal papers were published. Through the novelty search of Shanghai Science and Technology Novelty Search Consulting Center of China Academy of Sciences, it is considered that this project not only has novelty, but also has important practical application and market development value, and the comprehensive technology of the project has reached the international advanced level. The project has broad market prospects and has been actually applied in more than 10 engineering projects such as the Shanghai Xinzha Road Substation Project and the substation renovation of Lines 6 and 8. It has now been fully promoted to power distribution and control systems in the fields of rail transit, buildings, ships, machinery manufacturing, etc., with a total project value of more than 70 million yuan. The implementation of this project has broken the situation that the networked control system is mainly monopolized by foreign manufacturers, greatly reduced the informatization costs of domestic traditional industries, shortened the supply cycle of industrial informatization equipment, thereby lowering the threshold for traditional products to move towards networked informatization, accelerating the upgrading of products and production processes in my country's traditional industries, which is of great significance for informatization to drive industrialization.
