It has no conventional bearings, no contact friction, no lubrication oil system, and the refrigeration system operates without oil. Of course, there is no oil return problem. There is no heat exchanger oil film thermal resistance, which can improve the heat exchange efficiency. About 15%, significantly increasing the reliability of the unit, and maintenance is simple and convenient. The high efficiency and energy conservation of magnetic suspension centrifuges are also fully reflected in this project.

1) Implementation content and cycle: The company started evaluation, bidding and other work of the original refrigeration system in May 2018, and carried out construction from the end of 2018 to March 2019. The project demolished a lithium bromide chiller and installed a centrifugal chiller (rated cooling capacity of 4650kW, rated power of 737kW, and COP 6.3) in situ. The original four 90kW refrigeration pumps and cooling pumps were replaced with two 110kW and two 90kW variable frequency water pumps. It is expected that the centrifugal chiller and a screw chiller will be normally open, and the lithium bromide chiller will be supplemented. After the renovation of the project, the actual operation situation in 2019 is that one centrifugal chiller and one screw chiller can be turned on to meet the workshop temperature requirements (28℃~30℃), the lithium bromide unit is not turned on, and the energy efficiency of the unit is significantly improved, the energy saving effect is obvious, and the indoor high temperature environment is improved. The project started in May 2018 and was completed in March 2019.

2) Energy conservation and emission reduction effect and investment payback period: This project saves 2.8 million kWh of electricity. Based on the company's electricity purchase unit price of 1.0 yuan/kWh, this project saves 2.8 million yuan annually. The investment amount of this project is 5.2279 million yuan, so the investment payback period of this project is 1.87 years.
