This project aims at the urgent need of new energy buses for high-reliability, long-life and high-safety power lithium-ion battery monitoring technology. It carries out in-depth analysis and utilization of data mining methods and battery mechanisms for bus operation big data, breaking through the integration of electrochemical models and data-driven models. Health status assessment, Key technologies such as multi-field coupling, high-precision and wide-adaptability power battery life prediction based on battery attenuation mechanism, and safety warning technology based on battery heat generation and thermal runaway analysis implement group-based intelligent management of batch-running electric bus battery packs; Combined with diagnostic charging piles, we will conduct refined testing and diagnosis on individual electric bus battery packs, and build a bus battery management and intelligent analysis system based on operation big data analysis and accurate diagnosis of diagnostic charging piles to improve the power battery life of new energy buses and Provide technical support for safety monitoring and early warning levels.
