Traditional clutch air conditioning compressors cannot be used in new electric and fuel vehicles, so the development of new electric compressors has become an inevitable choice for complete electric vehicles. The layout of electric vehicle components is relatively tight and self-important. In order to achieve the goal of miniaturization and weight of electric compressor, the compressor design adopts an integrated semi-enclosed design scheme of DC brushless motor and scroll compressor. Since refrigerant and refrigeration oil flow through the motor, position sensors cannot be installed, so it is necessary to develop a positionless brushless DC motor electric compressor controller.
