Key innovations
The innovation of this green technology is reflected in: 1. A rapid and simultaneous detection method for 11 antibiotics based on liquid chromatography was established. 2. Integrate specific degrading bacteria and optimize aerobic composting process to achieve efficient (more than 80%) degradation of antibiotics in manure, while promoting manure decomposition and resource utilization.
Potential economic benefits
Turn manure into treasure, reduce investment in chemical fertilizers and pesticides, improve soil health, improve the quality of agricultural products, and reduce the cost of environmental pollution control.
Potential climate benefits
This technology converts manure into organic fertilizer and replaces chemical fertilizers, significantly reducing energy consumption and N2O emissions for chemical fertilizer production, improving soil carbon sequestration and reducing agricultural carbon footprint.

Solution details

1. scope of application

 Green agriculture.

2. Core technologies and processes

Establish a simultaneous detection technology for 11 antibiotics based on liquid chromatography technology to quickly detect antibiotics in manure. Mix manure and antibiotic-specific degrading functional bacteria, add organic materials to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio, and adjust the water content of the reactor to an appropriate level. Place the mixture in a vertical composting reactor or trough reaction tank for aerobic fermentation, and after aeration, make the oxygen concentration of the mixture to be 2%-3%, achieving manure decomposition and antibiotic degradation rates of greater than 80%.

3. main technical parameters

The detection limits for 11 antibiotics were 0.1-1.9μg/kg. Add 1kg of antibiotic functional bacteria to ton of manure, the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of aerobic compost is 25-28:1, and the moisture content of the mixture is 55%-65%. After fermentation for about 20 days, the germination index is 70%.

4. comprehensive effect

The antibiotic reduction rate is 80%-95%; reduce or cut off the migration of antibiotics into the agricultural environment, improve soil organic matter, increase microbial diversity in the soil, and control pests in the farmland system; reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to a certain extent.
