Technical ideas have been applied to the networks of foreign operators. The business logic is implemented by the IMS AS server, which is flexible and scalable. In order to ensure the security of the core network, two sets of PRS devices and flow control authentication servers are introduced to provide business isolation and authentication; a subscription presentation portal platform is introduced to achieve the diverse needs of customers (such as tiered charging, such as charging by batch). By breaking the boundaries of regions and operators, the Internet can be used as long as it can be reached. It provides operators 'communication capabilities, including voice calls, click-to-dial, flash messages, recorded messages, voice interactions, etc., to Internet applications through simple and lightweight interface forms. It studies and develops API capability sets that support Internet value-added services, and provides Open APIs that meet Internet industry standards, lowering the threshold for partners to learn and use. Promote the development and launch of IMS Internet-based products, and cooperate with Internet companies to develop 2B value-added services through standard open interfaces. It has completed six types of value-added services, including mobile phone secret number, voice mail, address book, API flash message, DIY happy action, business secret good companion, and secret number IVR, realizing cooperative services with embedded telecommunications capabilities and achieving mutual benefit and common development.
Shanghai Telecom's Internet-enabled open system realized based on this project has achieved in-depth cooperation with well-known companies in the industry such as Didi Taxi, 58 Tongcheng, Zhenai.com, Aiwujiwu, Deyou Real Estate, Quanfeng Express, Daxila, and Jiatong Tire. The average daily traffic will reach 3 million, and cooperation will be achieved with 25 companies in the future. Due to the full-network coverage characteristics of Internet companies, users in most provinces and cities across the country have ability interfaces and products based on this project. Six types of value-added services have been launched and applied to various Internet applications. In addition to settlement revenue between operators and basic package revenue, value-added application revenue alone in 2016 could reach more than 80 million yuan. Shanghai Telecom's Internet-enabled Open System is continuously promoted and applied, and is gradually expanding its scale and industry influence, opening the door to cooperation with all parties in society. Financial institutions, e-commerce, real estate companies, media, advertising companies, etc. It is possible to achieve different types of close cooperation.
