Chimonanthus salicifolia is used as medicine in the folk of the She people in Lishui, Zhejiang Province. It has the effects of strengthening the stomach, digestion, anti-inflammation, antiviral, and lowering blood lipids, strengthening the brain, losing weight, and sobering up. This project carries out safety evaluation, new resource application, extract component identification, anti-diarrhea, anti-tumor, anti-anxiety, and reduction of intestinal toxicity of tumor chemotherapy drugs on Chimonanthus salicifolia, which shows that Chimonanthus salicifolia is used in medicine and health food. The field has broad application prospects. Based on the above research and based on the traditional usage of the She ethnic aromatic plant Wintersweet, we selected natural high-quality raw materials from Lishui, Zhejiang,"the first ecological city in China", and successfully developed a series of health care products such as essential oils, health drinks, granules, capsules, soaps, fragrant bags, bath salts, etc.
