*Main technical indicators: This special grinding concept is that the material is basically ground by the grinding energy generated by the air flow, and the machine itself has no wear. At the same time, the jet mill has built-in adjustable grading wheels to adapt to the fineness of the required material. This ensures flexible adjustment of various grinding parameters and consistency of product quality. The fineness is from d97 1 µm to d97 70 µm. Regardless of the model size, only one grading wheel is used to ensure the stability of the equipment. Nitzer's unique "ConVor" grading wheel structure has high efficiency and narrow particle size distribution. It is suitable for fine grinding of soft and hard materials. The new grinding method e-Jet® and s-Jet® The grading wheel protects the bearings through compressed air seals, and no coarse particles overflow. Completely self-grinding-no wear-no pollution. The grinding chamber temperature is kept constant by cold air (20°C).
