At present, the auxiliary power consumption of railway locomotives and rolling stock adopts the advanced DC 600V centralized power supply method and then decentralized current conversion power supply method by passenger cars. Both locomotives or passenger cars require a control power supply converted from DC 600V to DC 110V. This kind of DC to DC conversion is realized by using a high-frequency isolated frequency converter scheme. This achievement has developed a 15kw high-frequency isolated DC to DC conversion 110V control power supply for locomotives and trains. As long as the blocking voltage level of the IGBT device in the plan is increased, an appropriate conversion plan can be developed for high-frequency isolated DC/DC 110V control power supply for urban subway and light rail vehicles.
