For the first time in China, a traditional Chinese medicine extraction quality control system based on multi-sensor system fusion has been established to effectively monitor and control the operating status of each process. For the first time, an online detection system for the entire process of automatic production of traditional Chinese medicine was established to achieve real-time control of production process parameters and effectively improve the consistency, safety and yield of traditional Chinese medicine; It has designed the first automatic production automation system for automatic cleaning, cutting and drying of Chinese medicinal materials in China. It uses intelligent sensing technology to realize real-time collection of process data. The production process can be predicted and optimized. It adopts online infrared detection technology, breaking through the online inspection of automatic production lines in the traditional Chinese medicine industry. Key shortcomings improve the level of quantitative detection of traditional Chinese medicines and effectively control the color of traditional Chinese medicine components. Therefore, through this technology, the cost of extracting traditional Chinese medicine is effectively reduced, the development of enterprises is promoted, which is in line with social interests. 2) The multi-faceted energy-saving and emission reduction new technology of traditional Chinese medicine extraction involves complex processes and a wide variety of equipment. The traditional extraction process has adverse effects such as high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution, which is another key factor leading to the high cost of traditional Chinese medicine. To this end, this project comprehensively considers the process control process, adopts MC-BPL multi-channel broadband power line carrier technology for the first time in China, innovatively develops intelligent sensing technology based on power lines, builds a diversified energy data management platform, and completes energy data docking with the MES system. For the first time in China, the calculation of energy consumption per unit product during the production of traditional Chinese medicine has been realized, abnormal energy losses have been discovered, energy utilization has been improved, and energy losses have been effectively reduced; We have independently developed patented traditional Chinese medicine MVR concentration technology and gas-fired spray drying energy-saving technology, which effectively reduces energy consumption in this production process and reduces emissions of waste gas and waste. 3) Intelligent automation of the entire process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction has many categories of traditional Chinese medicine and complex formulas. Traditional extraction methods have low informatization, low yield, and high waste, resulting in complex management and low efficiency of the extraction process. Production is mainly carried out in highly labor-intensive methods. Based on an in-depth analysis of the production process and process, this project has proposed a full-process intelligent automated assembly line system based on artificial intelligence for the first time in China, including an intelligent production line for pretreatment of Chinese medicinal materials and a Chinese medicinal materials transportation and distribution system to realize the whole process. Unmanned and fully automated production effectively reduces the reject rate, improves the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine extraction and production, and reduces production costs. Intellectual property rights: This project takes core technology as the research entry point, focuses on solving key engineering problems in the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical, forms a complete, advanced intelligent equipment system solution for traditional Chinese medicine extraction with independent intellectual property rights, and applies for national inventions and utilities. There are 10 new patents, including 3 core patents; 15 papers have been published in important journals at home and abroad, forming an independent, complete and independent intellectual property system. Application promotion: Through the joint efforts of both parties and on the basis of in-depth research, a large-scale industrial upgrading and technological transformation was carried out for Jiangzhong Group's traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop.
