Project description: The institute has systematic research, testing and verification in aspects such as optical light distribution, color matching, light attenuation, color stability, heat dissipation, circuit stability, electromagnetic interference prevention, system automatic detection and supervision of circuit accuracy. After nearly two years of R & D, small-batch production and market trial sales, the R & D team with a doctor as the core has been partially used in special branch lines of national railways and local railways such as Zhengzhou Bureau and Yunnan Bureau. In 2016, hundreds of sets have been tested for sale. The traditional railway signal that has been used to this day in this technology uses a dual-filament 12V/25W incandescent bulb as the light source. Its normal luminous service life is only 1,000 - 2,000 hours, resulting in a low service life and a large amount of maintenance and replacement work., energy conservation and environmental protection and other aspects do not comply with modern technical specifications and many other shortcomings. According to previous tests on LED, HID, CCFC and other electric light sources, LED is the best option as a railway signal light source. The highlights of the project are as follows: the LED railway signal light market has just started, and there is huge room for replacement; the product is compatible and can directly replace traditional signal light products; the product is fully compliant with the standard and is already in trial sales, with good results. The LED light source driving and control circuit of this technology is integrated, small in size, stable and reliable, good compatibility, high cost performance, etc. The product has high added value, low capital investment, and huge replacement market space. At present, this technology has entered the pilot stage and is waiting to be industrialized. The results are good. The overall performance meets the railway specific standard-TB/T3242-2010 (General Technical Conditions for LED Railway Signal Agencies). At present, there are about 1.3 million light positions on railway signal display terminals across the country. It is expected that by 2020, 1.6 - 1.8 million railway signal positions will be used by railways (including local governments) across the country. This technology product has high added value and small capital investment. The replacement market for railway signal light sources has just started, and future profits depend on market development capabilities. This technology is suitable for lighting enterprises, railway industry-related enterprises, coal mining and petrochemical enterprises, and rail transit enterprises.
