1. Project Introduction
Polymer water-absorbent materials are necessary materials in the production and manufacturing of light industrial products. Their uniformity refers to the difference in raw material density in various areas after the polymer water-absorbent material is pressed against the nonwoven fabric. Uneven distribution will lead to water absorption in different areas. Uneven, affecting the quality and performance of the product. Existing cloth distribution methods lack fast and accurate quantitative testing methods and equipment. Rapid and accurate online testing of the uniformity of polymer water-absorbing materials during the production process is crucial to improving production efficiency and product yield. Based on optical inspection technology, this project develops a set of polymer water-absorbing material uniformity distribution detection system to realize non-contact rapid detection of the distribution density and uniformity of water-absorbing materials such as wood pulp and SAB attached to the surface of non-woven fabrics during the production process. Solve the current industry problem of uniform distribution of core materials in the diaper production process.
2. Cooperation content
In order to solve the current industry problem of uniform distribution of core materials in the diaper production process, this project designs and develops an online detection system for the uniformity of polymer water-absorbing materials based on near infrared spectroscopy technology to realize non-contact rapid detection of the uniformity of polymer water-absorbing materials such as SAP adhered to the surface of nonwoven fabrics during the production process. A near infrared spectroscopy detection system was built to intelligently detect the uniformity of diapers. A mathematical model was established by collecting a large amount of experimental data in advance. The upper computer quality analysis software quickly processed the obtained data according to the designed data processing algorithm, and based on the established model. Calculate the distribution uniformity, thereby efficiently judging the distribution uniformity of polymer water-absorbing materials.
