Efficient and clean utilization of coal is the foundation for the healthy development of my country's economy. Circulating fluidized beds (CFB) have significant advantages in low-calorific value fuels and are an indispensable part of green coal. With the support of the 863 and Science and Technology Support Plan, more than 20 units including Tsinghua University, Dongguo, and Shenhua have worked closely together. After more than ten years of hard work, they have achieved a series of original results, formed a key technology system for supercritical CFB boilers, and successfully developed The world's largest 600MW supercritical CFB boiler has developed system integration technology, control technology, key auxiliary machines and simulation machines based on mechanism models, forming a safe operation technical system and maintenance and maintenance procedures. These innovative results were used in the world's first 600MW supercritical CFB demonstration project and have been verified by practice. All indicators are superior to other supercritical CFBs in the world. The project was authorized for 33 invention patents, 70 utility models, and 6 software copyrights; 234 papers were published.
