

This project belongs to the field of energy and environment technology, specifically the field of building energy conservation technology.
Shanghai City has fully implemented an itemized metering system, and the collected energy use data has important application value. However, how to solve the problem that massive data cannot be compared due to the variety of building types and large differences in energy consumption, how to horizontally compare the main energy consumption of offices, shopping malls, hotels and comprehensive public buildings and give scientific conclusions, has become a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.
Based on the actual energy consumption data of thousands of large public buildings in Shanghai City, through large-scale on-site research, testing, diagnosis, research and refinement, this project innovatively proposes a comprehensive building itemized energy consumption assessment model, algorithm and analytical solution common to all types of public buildings. It establishes itemized energy consumption indicators and reference standards for typical large public buildings, and develops an energy management expert system for typical large public buildings and an online diagnosis system for centralized air conditioning operation energy efficiency. Major breakthroughs have been made in promoting energy-saving diagnosis, energy-saving renovation, and engineering demonstration of large public buildings.
The main technical innovations of this project include:
(1) For the first time, this project proposes a universal sub-item energy consumption evaluation model for comprehensive buildings. Based on the energy consumption data of more than 1200 public buildings in Shanghai City, 50 typical building samples with no problems in design and operation are carefully selected from a large number of large public buildings through a large number of field visits, investigations, tests and diagnoses. On this basis, a sub-item energy consumption evaluation model is established. This model is not only suitable for public buildings in a single format, but also can be applied to public buildings in multiple formats.
(2) Innovative research has obtained the itemized energy consumption indicators and reference values of typical large public buildings in Shanghai City, which fills domestic gaps and solves the key problem of horizontal comparison between different types of large-scale public buildings, including multi-functional comprehensive buildings. The analysis and energy-saving diagnosis based on sub-item energy consumption indicators can quantify the energy-saving potential of each public building, achieve the goals of targeted energy-saving technological transformation and manifest energy-saving technological transformation, and promote the leap-forward development of industry technology.
(3) The application software of "Energy Management Expert System for Typical Large-Scale Public Buildings in Shanghai City" was developed for the first time in the world. For the first time, it provides a rapid energy-saving diagnostic tool for large public buildings in the city. It has achieved scientific evaluation of the energy consumption of major equipment in lighting, air conditioning and other systems in hotels, offices, shopping malls and other comprehensive public buildings, pointing out the direction for energy conservation and emission reduction in different public buildings.
(4) A major breakthrough has been achieved in real-time and overall evaluation technology of central air-conditioning systems. The online detection and analysis system developed can collect various parameters of the operating energy consumption of the building central air-conditioning system, summarize, calculate and analyze the collected data, and finally obtain an objective evaluation of the energy efficiency of each equipment and the overall operating of the air-conditioning system, and can provide guidance for the optimization of the air conditioning system.
(5) Successfully realized the large-scale application and demonstration of the public building energy use assessment and diagnosis expert system in large public buildings. In the past two years, a number of star-rated hotel buildings, office buildings, and science, education, cultural and health buildings have been promoted in this city. Comprehensive energy-saving renovation has been implemented, with a total demonstration building area of more than 800,000 square meters, and annual energy conservation exceeds 40 million kilowatt-hours, achieving huge energy conservation. At the same time, it effectively promoted the large-scale industrialization of energy-saving diagnosis and renovation of public buildings in the city, and made outstanding contributions to the city's completion of energy-saving renovation of nearly 5 million square meters of large-scale public buildings in the past two years.
The project has formed a number of software and hardware technical achievements with independent intellectual property rights, completed a system capable of online detection and diagnosis of major construction equipment, applied for 1 invention patent, obtained 1 software copyright, and published 11 papers. In the past three years, the project has added 110 million yuan in output value, direct profit of 25 million yuan, and annual energy conservation of 60 million yuan.
The results of novelty retrieval and appraisal projects have generally reached the international advanced level.
