The products of this project belong to the field of new energy vehicles. At present, energy and environmental protection issues have become the key to China's economic development, and fuel cell vehicles, as the preferred solution that can simultaneously solve energy and environmental protection issues, have attracted the attention of all countries. After several years of development, foreign fuel cell vehicle technology has gradually matured, and major automobile manufacturers plan to start mass production in 2015. my country has also made great achievements in the research and development and demonstration of fuel cell vehicles. SAIC Motor also plans to have 1000 fuel cell vehicles on the road by 2015. However, one of the key problems encountered in the development of fuel cell vehicles is the lack of hydrogen refueling stations, and both have also fallen into the problem of ' Chicken ' and ' Eggs ' The dilemma of which comes first. Specifically for China, the technical gap in key equipment for hydrogen refueling stations has resulted in high initial investment and seriously hindered the construction and promotion of hydrogen refueling stations.  Aiming  at the current situation of technical gaps in key equipment of domestic hydrogen refueling stations and facing the major national needs for the development of hydrogen refueling stations and fuel cell vehicles, this project has overcome several key technologies such as safety, speed and efficiency of high-pressure hydrogenation, and developed a 35MPa high-pressure hydrogenation machine with independent intellectual property rights. The high-pressure hydrogenation machine enables the rapid and safe high-pressure hydrogen filling of fuel cell vehicles, fills domestic gaps, and through mass production and application of products, It has effectively promoted the development of hydrogen refueling stations and fuel cell vehicle industries.  The main achievements of this project include: 1) Based on the research results of the temperature rise test of the vehicle-mounted hydrogen cylinder during the refueling process, strategies such as pressure compensation and switching delay were designed, and the development of the filling control strategy and program was completed. Effectively control the temperature of the vehicle-mounted hydrogen cylinder within 65 ° C, and the refueling time for each car is about 4 minutes. The indicators are better than international standards, ensuring the safety and rapidity of hydrogenation.  2) Development of sequential gas withdrawal plan for hydrogen refueling machine Through the accumulation of filling experience, analysis and simulation tests of the filling process, the hydrogen refueling machine is innovatively designed as a four-way air inlet process plan, which can use the hydrogen storage tank group and tube bundle trucks in the hydrogen refueling station as the overall hydrogen source and are grouped and classified according to a specific ratio, solving the problem of low primary hydrogen utilization rate of the hydrogen storage tanks in the station (about 25%), increasing the hydrogen utilization rate to 44%. At the same hydrogenation scale, the hydrogen storage capacity of the hydrogen refueling station can be effectively reduced and the area of the hydrogen refueling station can be reduced, which is greatly beneficial to the construction of the hydrogen refueling station.  3) Product development of 35MPa hydrogenation machine According to the characteristics and safety requirements of 35MPa high-pressure hydrogen rapid filling, a positive pressure explosion-proof plan is adopted, the layout of key components is optimized, and a visual operation interface is innovatively introduced to form a safe and reliable, functional, compact structure and third-party testing and certification hydrogen refueling machine products.  4) Application Innovation The hydrogen refueling machine of this project was successfully applied to the Shanghai World Expo hydrogen refueling station. It withstood 184 days of high temperature and nearly 20,000 high-frequency trouble-free refills at the World Expo, and successfully completed the fuel cell vehicle refueling task. As one of the key technologies for localization, this project technology has also been innovatively applied to the Sanmen/Haiyang AP1000 third-generation nuclear power technology unit for the first time, making a great contribution to the development of nuclear power in my country.  This project has obtained 2 authorized invention patents, 1 utility model patent, 1 software copyright, accepted 2 invention patents, published 3 scientific and technological papers (2 included in EI), and presided over the drafting of 3 national standards (1 promulgated and 2 submitted for approval), 2 local/industry standards (promulgated).  The products and technologies of this project have been applied in the Shanghai World Expo, Guangzhou Asian Games, Shenzhen Universiade hydrogen refueling stations and Sanmen/Haiyang AP1000 nuclear power station, achieving a cumulative new output value of more than 14 million yuan and a new indirect benefit of more than 100 million yuan.
