The energy-saving and consumption-reducing sewage biochemical treatment technology based on the spatial coupling of multi-functional areas combines the design concept of internal reflux and integrated structure of the mixed liquor of the oxidation ditch, utilizes the form of different functional partitions of A2/O, and uses innovative air lifting technology as source power, a biochemical treatment process that combines different functional units. This process has the advantages of less land occupation, low energy consumption, less investment and simple operation and management. Main equipment: aeration hose, air lifting and pushing device, air distribution pipe, pressure stabilizing roller and balancing device, mud suction scraper, SAS control system, stirring and pusher.

This research result has obtained more than 30 nationally authorized patents, including 7 invention patents, 13 published articles, and 1 computer software book. After technical appraisal, the expert committee unanimously believes that this research result has reached the domestic leading level in similar technical fields. This achievement has achieved large-scale technical demonstration and application in more than 100 sewage (waste) water treatment projects in more than 20 provinces (cities) across the country. The annual purified sewage volume reaches 220 million tons, and the annual COD emission reduction of 65,700 tons has been achieved. The annual reduction of total nitrogen is more than 7000 tons and the annual reduction of total phosphorus is more than 1000 tons. The project's effluent meets the national standard first-level A emission standard, local emission standards, and even the surface quasi-IV high-quality water standard, effectively improving the water quality of water around the project. It has created an output value of more than 200 million yuan for the enterprise, added more than 80 million yuan in new profits, and paid more than 15 million yuan in taxes and fees, with significant environmental and social benefits.
