At present, the fixed utilization of carbon dioxide is still a worldwide problem. Carbon dioxide is mainly emitted during the utilization of fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are a type of substances containing energy. Therefore, we have proposed a scientific and technological development route that efficiently utilizes the energy and substances of fossil fuels at the same time, which not only reduces emissions such as carbon dioxide, but also improves the overall utilization efficiency of fossil fuels and improves the comprehensive economic benefits. The efficient fixed utilization method of CO2 proposed by the project is: CO2 and NH3 generated in the utilization of fossil fuels react under certain process conditions to obtain a solid triazine alcohol product with a CO2 content of ≥87% and stable physical properties. The purpose of reducing emissions and resource utilization should be a technical approach to deal with the global climate crisis.
