New energy-saving, efficient and safe preservation and processing technologies are medium-and long-term research tasks for the development of the agricultural product processing industry. Electron accelerators are new irradiation equipment. They not only have the advantages of traditional cobalt sources in energy-saving and no residue, but also are safer, more environmentally friendly, and faster. Efficient. In view of the fact that electron accelerators are rarely used in the preservation and processing of agricultural products, the project team has given full play to the applicability and efficiency of electron accelerators in the preservation and processing of agricultural products through equipment introduction, digestion and absorption re-innovation, application technology innovation, processing technology research and establishment of a standard system., developed a new technology for electron beam combined with decompression and quarantine to preserve fruits, a new technology for electron beam combined with ultrasonic processing of ready-to-eat chicken feet, and a new technology for electron beam combined with phased vacuum rapid cooling to process convenient rice. An electron accelerator irradiation process has been established for fresh fruits, condiments, aquatic products, dehydrated vegetables, leisure convenience foods and other agricultural products and processed products. It is widely used in the quarantine, sterilization and preservation of agricultural products, greatly ensuring the quality and food safety of agricultural products.
An efficiency improvement technology has been established focusing on improving the key points where electron accelerator failures occur and optimizing key efficiency parameters as the core. It has achieved an annual processing capacity of agricultural products of 15,000 tons, a continuous operation time of 336 hours, and an annual operation time of more than 8000 hours. The cost of mainly high-priced consumables has been reduced by more than 80%, and the service life has been extended by more than 5 times. The results in equipment operation, technological transformation, and scientific research have played a leading and demonstration role in the agricultural application of domestic electron accelerators (Annex 7-11). The results have been applied by famous domestic accelerator production and application companies such as Tsinghua Tongfang, Wuxi Aibang, and Shandong Qingmai. They have trained 26 senior technical personnel for Shandong Qingmai and other companies, playing an important role in accelerating the localization of electron accelerators and the processing and application of agricultural products.(Annex 4-6).
The results focus on the quality and food safety of agricultural products. Through technology integration, the combination and efficiency of electron accelerators and physical technologies such as decompression, ultrasound, and phased vacuum rapid cooling have been achieved. New products of ready-to-eat chicken feet and instant rice have been developed, and 2 national invention patents have been obtained., apply for 1 national invention patent (Annexes 1-2). Taking full play to the advantages of electronic accelerators in physical pest control and cold sterilization, we have expanded the application of electronic accelerators in fresh fruit quarantine and aquatic product sterilization, and formulated one industry standard of the Ministry of Agriculture, filling the gaps in domestic process operations and specifications (Annex 3). Scientific and technological novelty research shows that the preservation scheme of electron accelerators combined with pressure reduction is novel, the overall level of the paper is high, and it has certain international academic influence (Annexes 12-13).
Based on the diversity of agricultural product types and packaging, the results have established an electronic accelerator preservation processing technology for agricultural products for different products and different packaging. Since its operation in 2006, it has directly generated more than 20 million yuan in profits. The results have been applied by many companies such as Hubei Yuesheng Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. Between 2010 and 2013, a total of more than 5000 tons of dehydrated vegetables, condiments, aquatic products, imported fruits, ready-to-eat chicken feet and other products were processed, with an added output value of approximately 30 million yuan., social and economic benefits are more than 3.3 billion yuan (Annex 16-29).
This achievement is the first high-energy electron accelerator introduced and successfully commercialized in the domestic Nongkou system. Since its operation, the results have received more than 300 batches of study visits, involving about 3000 people from more than 80 units at home and abroad. As a research base such as Zhejiang University, Jiangsu Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shanghai Business School, etc., it has cooperated to train 3 doctoral students and 9 master's degrees, completed the thesis of more than 20 undergraduate students, and graduated internships of nearly 160 undergraduate students and more than 200 junior college students. The academic role of the achievements is obvious.
The core technology of this achievement has been evaluated and demonstrated by the Shanghai Information Institute, and its level has reached international advanced (Annexes 12-13).
