

1 Project introduction:
Oilfield sludge and poly-containing sludge are hazardous wastes with huge yields and will cause serious pollution to the environment and ecology after leaking. This technology develops thermochemical conversion crude oil recovery and harmless treatment technologies for oilfield sludge and poly-containing sludge. This process uses clean thermal cracking technology coupled with residue incineration process to recover crude oil components in sludge. Thermal cracking produces a high thermal value combustible pyrolysis gas that can be used as a fuel gas reserve. The solid residue produced after thermal cracking is sent to the incinerator and is supplemented by pyrogas for incineration treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient combustion to remove residual pollutants. The thermal cracking process and residue incineration process all adopt high-temperature dust removal technology, which can fully realize Gasification tail gas is discharged cleanly, and the particle size of smoke particles is 1.5 nm. The thermal cracking process can recover high-quality diesel products, and the oil content in the residue is 0.1%. No wastewater is generated in the entire process.

This technical solution mainly has the following technical advantages and innovations:
(1)Efficient thermal cracked crude oil recovery technology. Fully realize deep and rapid oil recovery of oily sludge.
(2)The incineration technology of cracking residue realizes the use of the heat of the sludge itself to achieve energy supply for the thermal cracking process.
(3)High-temperature dust removal technology can realize the thermal purification of combustible gases and flue gas during pyrolysis and incineration, greatly reducing subsequent treatment costs.
