Project description: Highway tunnel ventilation and lighting consume a lot of electricity, resulting in high operating costs and serious carbon dioxide emissions. The deep intelligent energy-saving technology for highway tunnel ventilation and lighting developed by Chang 'an University uses a variety of electronic sensing devices to intelligently sense comprehensive data such as vehicle information, road condition information, accident information, disaster information, environmental information and optical information in real time to make intelligent decisions and dynamically adjust ventilation and lighting brightness to achieve deep energy conservation while ensuring traffic safety. The early results of this technology have been built into industry-university-research demonstration application projects in 8 tunnels in two tunnel groups in Hebei Province in 2015, and successfully passed the acceptance. Currently, based on previous results, further research is being carried out on a more intelligent, reliable and accurate upgrade system. Prospects: The power consumption of ventilation and lighting in my country's highway tunnels is very huge. According to statistics, tunnel electricity accounts for more than 60% of my country's highway network electricity bills. The annual electricity cost exceeds 800 billion yuan, and the carbon dioxide emissions generated by power generation exceed 40 million tons. If the deep intelligent energy-saving technology for highway tunnel ventilation and lighting can be widely promoted, based on an estimated power-saving rate of 40%, the country can save 300 billion yuan in electricity bills and reduce emissions by tens of millions of tons every year. It has huge economic and social benefits.
