With the continuous popularization of the four modernizations of automobiles, the shifting system, which is an important part of the human-computer interaction system HMI, is gradually changing from mechanical shifting to electronic shifting. Because it can effectively improve the sense of gear shifting technology, controllability, safety and vehicle space utilization, and support intelligent driving functions above L3, electronic gear shifting systems have become the focus of market attention in recent years. Based on the rigid needs of external markets and internal customers, this project has successfully developed an intelligent, novel and safe electronic shifting system, and introduced DTP(default to park), Auto Park and other functions for the first time in the industry, effectively improving the safety of vehicle shifting (for example, the vehicle can automatically enter the safe gear in case of power failure, communication failure, etc.; the vehicle can automatically enter the P gear when forgetting to put P gear when getting off the vehicle without flameout). At the same time, the electronic shifting system developed in this project has the highest functional safety level (ASIL-D), which is the first electronic shifting system in the industry to meet the requirements of ASIL-D functional safety level. It has broken through the technical bottleneck of the domestic industry and reached the leading level of the international industry. At the same time, the electronic shifting system developed in this project also has the following innovative advantages and characteristics: 1. Multi-platform compatibility This project has developed two types of shifters (rocker type and button type), which have the same vehicle hardware interface and are adapted to different platforms through different software. The shift actuator includes two modules: shift shift switching and default return to P gear. They are common parts and can be installed on different gearboxes through different brackets. There are two integration methods for the shift controller. One is a separate control module with shift control diagnostic function, and the other is to integrate the shift control diagnostic function into the existing vehicle control module. The shift control system is compatible with multiple electronic architectures such as GM Global A/B and CLEA Autosar.  2. High-functional safety This system is the industry's first electronic shifting system that meets ASIL-D. By analyzing the severity, exposure and controllability of all hazards, and integrating various indicators, the functional safety requirements of this project are defined as ASIL-D, and are developed in full accordance with ISO26262 functional safety. Process develops the system.  3. High network security This system meets the network security requirements of GM security refresh, security diagnosis and security unlocking, as well as software and hardware strengthening.  4. Support L3/L4 level intelligent driving This system defines the control shift logic, information interactive interface, safety status monitoring and failure scenario protection during the L3/L4 intelligent driving automatic parking process.  5. Development and certification digitization This system has established a complete Simulink-based electronic shifting system MIL and SIL and established a HIL platform for the entire vehicle electronic shifting system, completing the development and verification of test cases for the basic performance and diagnostic functions of the electronic shifting system.  Some of the scientific and technological innovations of this project have been published in the invention patent "A Touch Electronic Shifter and Shifting Method" and the paper "Research on Automobile Shifting Performance Measurement System".  The electronic shifting system developed in this project has been successfully mass-produced on popular high-quality models such as the new LaCrosse, Cadillac XT5, and Cadillac XT4, and has achieved an additional output value of approximately 760 million yuan. The introduction of this electronic shifting system has enhanced the sense of technology and fashion of the SGM model configuration, greatly improved the market competitiveness of the model, and won wide praise from customers. At the same time, this project has been promoted and applied to SGM358/K228 and other models.
