Since 2001, the project team has carried out major scientific and technological research in the field of energy and environmental technology, relying on the Laogang base, which covers an area of more than 29 km2, serves more than 14 million people, handles more than 60% of Shanghai's garbage, and ranks first in the world in terms of total facilities. Breakthrough international advanced innovation results. 1 Scientific and technological innovation (1) Key technologies for intensive conservation of landfill land in ultra-large solid waste bases, overcoming the problems of low landfill height of soft soil foundations with mudflats defects and serious land waste.
