This project belongs to the cross-application research of the three disciplines of Chinese medicine, clinical pharmacy and information technology. The project is based on traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, centered on patients, and integrates informatics technology into clinical aspects such as drug supply, quality monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine, pre-review of medical orders, drug distribution, medical order execution, medication education, post-medical order analysis and summary and continuous improvement. All aspects of the application of traditional Chinese medicine, thus laying a solid foundation for ensuring the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the level of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Ensure the supply of traditional Chinese medicine: When purchasing traditional Chinese medicine pieces, we will develop an excel import system together with the Information Department to improve procurement efficiency; barcode scanning is used for outpatient traditional Chinese medicine formulas and proofreading to ensure the quality of dispensing; develop decocting software to make the entire decocting process controllable and traceable to ensure the quality of decocting medicines. Quality monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine: With the help of infrared and ultraviolet fingerprint technology, animal models such as zebrafish and rats, as well as experimental technologies such as western and qPCR, and using information technologies such as principal component analysis, multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation, artificial neural networks, and genetic algorithms, the quality, efficacy and stability of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital are studied to provide reference for the selection of suppliers of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, inventory maintenance conditions, and provide a basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals. Pre-review, issuance and execution of traditional Chinese medicine orders: In accordance with JCI requirements, the research team has comprehensively upgraded the hospital's HIS system and 360 views. On the pharmacist review interface, patients 'overall treatment information can be seen and pre-review of prescriptions can be carried out. After the clinical pharmacist passes the review, the pharmacist can scan and dispense the medicine, and the nurse can implement the doctor's advice. Education on traditional Chinese medicine use: Provide better pharmaceutical services to patients and doctors with the help of the Chinese and Western medicine information query system, Weixin Official Accounts, etc. Comment on Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription: The research team independently developed prescription analysis amp; review system software. With the help of this software, post-event prescription reviews can be made based on the patient's disease condition, medication plan, treatment effect and test results. At the same time, the research team tried to use information technology methods to mine the core prescriptions in the prescriptions of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners. At present, a complete set of mining methods has been formed from core drug rarr; core drug pair rarr; core prescription rarr; and core effective prescriptions, which is used for clinical medication summary and inheritance of the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners. It provides an effective technical means, and provides a new platform for clinical Chinese pharmacists to quickly and effectively prescribe medication rules. Evaluation of efficacy, adverse reactions and continuous improvement of traditional Chinese medicine: The research team used information technologies such as partial least squares discriminant analysis, random forest regression model, and Meta analysis to evaluate the efficacy of real-world data of traditional Chinese medicine pieces and preparations, providing basis for optimization of treatment options. With the help of PA software, we collected big data on clinical toxic traditional Chinese medicine pieces such as raw Polygonum multiflorum and raw Arisaema, combined patient information and test indicators to judge medication safety and determine the incidence of adverse reactions, and provided a basis for the clinical application of toxic traditional Chinese medicine; Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of combined Chinese and Western medicine in our hospital to find out possible interactions. On this basis, focus on analyzing the drugs that need attention and provide real-time intervention. Through this project, a working model for clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine has been initially established. More than 20 people participated in various talent training and trained more than 10 graduate students, forming a team of experienced Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists. Received 14 project grants, published 2 textbooks, and published 81 papers, including 21 SCI articles, a total impact factor of 48, 667 citations, and more than 10 academic exchanges, forming the characteristics of the interdisciplinary disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical pharmacy and information technology. It has become a key specialty construction unit of clinical pharmacy in Shanghai City, and won the third prize of Shanghai City Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Award and the third prize of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Science and Technology Award.
