

This project belongs to the technical field of rail transit traction motor equipment maintenance. Traction motors for subway trains are an important source of power for train travel. During the maintenance process of traction motors, the lubrication operation of motor bearings places extremely high requirements on the accuracy of grease addition. If the amount of grease is too large, the friction torque will increase. If the amount of grease is too small and the grease is uneven, the bearing will fail. Since its operation, Shanghai Metro has used grease guns to manually add grease and grease to the motor at rest. After the bearings have been running for 300,000 kilometers, it is generally found that traction motor failures will increase significantly. The main cause of the failure is traction motor bearing failure. This fault can easily cause motor bearings to lock, causing major train operation accidents, and even affecting the safety of passengers. This project takes the addition of grease without disassembling the motor as the main line, adopts a quantitative and dynamic refueling method, establishes environmental protection, energy conservation, risk avoidance, and low cost as the research direction, and develops key technologies, equipment and processes for subway train maintenance sites, with high quality, high efficiency and wide applicability, filling the gap in my country's rail transit industry and forming three major technological innovations: 1. The first quantitative refueling technology for refueling traction motors of subway trains. Automatic detection and measurement (total count) integrates all components on mobile equipment, allowing free movement and filling of butter, making the original fully manual refueling process completely replaced by machines; refueling accuracy can reach more than 98%, saving about 500ml of oil for a train; at the same time, this technology can reduce refueling errors and reduce maintenance risks; It uses a 24V battery as the power supply, and there is no need to connect external power supply and air source during refueling. It has high convenience and can fully meet the needs of the production and operating environment of subway electric passenger trains; the control of the refueling action on the pedal can liberate the hands of maintenance personnel, allowing the two processes of operation and recording to be completed in one step. Automatic detection and measurement (total count) prevents less or missed additions and ensures operation quality. 2. The first uniformity of grease addition to subway train traction motor bearings This project uses a self-designed low-power external stepper motor drive device to drive the wheels of electric passenger trains to rotate. The rotation of the wheels drives the rotation of the motor. According to the speed required on site, adjust the speed. The refueling speed of the tanker matches the motor speed, and the speed sensors of the train wheels serve as compensation. When the bearing has completed 5 revolutions, the oil dispenser stops working to ensure the uniformity of bearing refueling. It also innovatively designs the friction drive connection between the stepping motor and the wheels of the electric passenger train, and has a silent design to reduce noise, does not hinder the need for ear inspection when the bearings rotate on site, and improves the quality of maintenance. At the same time, this project has independently designed and manufactured rotating equipment that adapts to various complex environments on the production site, making it universal and flexible, and suitable for various series of electric passenger trains at home and abroad. 3. The first curved self-locking grease gun nozzle is used at the front end of the refueling hose, which meets the restriction of the narrow space for the grease nozzle of the traction motor of electric passenger trains. At the same time, the refueling pipe can be effectively fixed on the motor. At the grease nozzle, the operator's work intensity is reduced. This project has obtained 1 utility model patent authorization. (Patent No.: ZL2016 2 1168685.1) This project has been extended to the entire Shanghai Metro network and maintains motors for all Shanghai Metro vehicles, using 14624 traction motors. The refueling device of this project can not only refuel the traction motor of the train, but also refuel the doors, couplers and other components of the train. Over the past four years, the company has saved 4.2538 million yuan in labor costs and 313 yuan in grease material costs. 0.08 million yuan to reduce train failures. The research results have created a safe, energy-saving and environmentally friendly green maintenance technology, which has technical implications for motor equipment in my country's rail transit industry and reduces train failure rates. It has important economic value and social benefits.
