Project description: Rotary steerable drilling technology and equipment is one of the two most important key technologies to ensure the security of national energy strategies and develop shale gas resources. It is a "important tool for a big country" for developing underground resources. The 4.75-inch rotary guided equipment can drill deep wells of more than 5000 meters. Its outer diameter of 120mm, building rate of 18 ° C/30m, and temperature resistance of 175 ° C and pressure pressure index of 173MPa all meet or exceed the indicators of similar international products. At present, the directional drilling work of 54 directional wells in two drilling teams in Changqing Oilfield has been completed, and the field test work of rotary steerable drilling equipment in 56 wells in Changqing, Sichuan, Dagang, Jilin, Xinjiang, and offshore drilling platforms has been completed. The third-generation rotary guidance technology and equipment, the design concept has reached the international advanced level, and has independent intellectual property rights, has completed the localization of key parts, and the cost has been reduced to one-tenth of that of similar foreign products.
