

According to the complexity of construction waste sources and components, efficient separation and sorting of construction waste are achieved through front-end pre-sorting, magnetic separation, winnowing, multi-stage crushing and screening processes; use recycled aggregate gradation optimization, physical and chemical joint excitation, etc., to form a complete technical system for improving the quality of recycled aggregate (powder) of construction waste and its multi-path resource utilization; Innovatively form a green transformation technical system for engineering waste recycled aggregate and recycled concrete production lines from the perspectives of dust prevention, noise reduction, energy conservation, waste water and waste recycling. The separation and sorting efficiency of construction waste is ≥90%, the product rate of recycled aggregate and recycled powder is ≥98%, and the activity of recycled micropowder from demolished waste is ≥80%. Based on the annual production of engineering waste in Shanghai City, about 8 million tons of demolition waste and decoration waste, after resource utilization, it can save 123,800 tons of standard coal energy consumption for sand and gravel transportation every year, save 18,000 tons of standard coal for sand and gravel production, reduce carbon emissions by 360,000 tons, and reduce storage area by 878 acres.
