Taking the annual output of 100,000 tons of recycled aluminum alloy ingots as an example, the main equipment of the production equipment includes 1 set of refined pretreatment equipment unit, 2 dual-chamber furnaces, 4 holding furnaces, 2 sets of online degassing and filtration devices, and chain casting There are 8 machines, 2 sets of environmentally friendly dust removal devices, and supporting public and auxiliary equipment. The investment in the project equipment is about 50 million yuan.

Annual operation and maintenance fee

The raw materials consumed during normal operation of the system are estimated based on the process consumption quota and the current market price. The fuel and power required for production mainly include electricity, water and natural gas, and the costs are calculated based on the following prices (including tax): electricity (average price): 0.71 yuan/kW.h, natural gas: 2.9 yuan/m3, water: 6.84 yuan/m3. After the completion of the project, the labor force will be 97, and the wages and benefits of employees will be calculated at an average of 60000 yuan/person·year. Depreciation of fixed assets is calculated on average using the straight-line method, the net residual value rate of fixed assets is calculated at 5%, the depreciation life of buildings is calculated at 35 years, and the depreciation life of machinery and equipment is calculated at 12 years.
