It is not only related to the control parameters of the coal process, but also directly affects the gasification efficiency and process safety and indicators. Pulverized coal flows disorderly in the transportation pipeline. Due to the characteristics of the intrusive measurement sensor itself, it is impossible to accurately capture and measure the flow state of pulverized coal in the entire pipeline, resulting in low reliability and accuracy of the measurement results and large errors. Project description: According to the control operation requirements of the coal gasification unit, a pulverized coal flowmeter for dry pulverized coal conveying was developed, which can measure the speed, concentration and flow of pulverized coal in real time. Technical characteristics: The instrument measurement performance is stable and reliable, and the pressure resistance can reach 6MPa. Combined with pulverized coal allocation measures, it can ensure even distribution of pulverized coal speed and concentration in each pulverized coal pipeline, thereby improving combustion efficiency and providing guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the device.
