 Integrate technologies such as metal membrane materials, membrane element preparation technology, membrane separation, membrane equipment, and membrane system engineering applications to realize precise gas-solid separation of the flue gas (containing dust 150g/Nm3) from submerged arc furnaces and similar submerged arc furnaces at high temperatures. Clean gas (containing dust 10mg/Nm3) is obtained, heat energy is recovered through a heat exchanger (while obtaining pure tar, etc.), and is sent to the user's place as chemical raw materials or gas for power generation. The core filter material is prepared through the principle of powder metallurgy Kirkendahl effect. The complete system realizes functions such as high-temperature online backblowing, high-temperature multi-level ash discharge, anti-dew condensation and tar paste film, automatic detection and control, and safety and explosion protection.

3. main technical parameters

 Working temperature is 200-550℃; dust content of gas before purification is 0-150g/Nm3; dust content of gas after purification is less than 10mg/Nm3; filtration accuracy is 0.1μm.

4. comprehensive benefits

 When applied to the 22500kVA ferroalloy submerged arc furnace, approximately 44.928 million Nm3 of net gas can be recovered annually, and the annual emission reduction of particulate matter is 1797 tons.
