Heat exchangers are indispensable equipment to realize heat exchange and transfer in the chemical production process, and double-sided strengthened heat exchange pipes are blank in China.
In industrial production such as petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and energy, heat exchangers often need to heat low-temperature fluids or cool high-temperature fluids to vaporize liquids into steam, which condenses the steam into liquids.
At present, horizontal heat exchangers have short heating residence time, easy maintenance and cleaning, and are suitable for large areas. However, the low heat transfer coefficient of traditional horizontal heat exchangers limits the application of this product in many fields. There is an urgent need for a high-efficiency heat exchange product with enhanced boiling and enhanced condensation suitable for horizontal heat exchangers to improve the heat exchanger. Heat transfer efficiency, reduce the operating energy consumption and equipment investment of existing heat exchangers. The core production process focuses on high-efficiency heat exchange tube surface coating process and high-temperature sintering process.
