Cotech is the first in China to successfully develop various types of composite cylinders. It is one of the longest development history of composite cylinder manufacturers in China and the first unit in China to carry out evaluation of the service status of composite cylinders. The company conducts full life cycle simulation of products to ensure that the design results can accurately meet the use requirements; continuous reliability research ensures the consistency and stability of product performance; and conducts working life, weather resistance, and media compatibility of in-service products. Multi-specification automotive hydrogen bottles with 35MPa and 70MPa and a volume of 12L-385L have been developed. It is the first company in China to carry out IATF16949 certification for hydrogen bottles. Cotech is an advocate and pioneer in domestic high-pressure vehicle-mounted hydrogen systems. The design, finalization and prototype research and development of vehicle-mounted hydrogen systems have been carried out for different models of more than ten domestic complete vehicle factories, focusing on the development of vehicle-mounted hydrogen systems for buses, logistics vehicles, heavy trucks, rail transit, forklifts, etc. It is a major supplier of vehicle-mounted hydrogen systems in China.
