In order to process papermaking waste more specifically and efficiently, replace manual sorting, and save labor and time, it is necessary to introduce a vibration sorting device in the early stage of papermaking waste treatment to develop garbage sorting equipment.
1. Core technology
(1)The sorting equipment comprises a heavy material bin having a vertical movement space, a light material bin, a feed inlet arranged on the heavy material bin, a feed conveying device, a main air outlet arranged below the feed inlet, and at least one auxiliary air outlet arranged below the main air outlet.
(2)The main air outlet and the auxiliary air outlet are used to blow out the air flow to blow light substances in the garbage materials from the feed inlet into the light substance bin.
(3)The heavy material bin and the light material bin are provided with a transition bin, and rollers are arranged below the transition bin, and the rollers rotate and send the light materials falling below the transition bin into the light material bin;
2. Innovation points
(1)The end of the light material bin far away from the heavy material bin is provided with a barrier curtain to prevent light objects from flying out; and the top plate of the light material bin is provided with meshes.
(2)Through the cooperation of the feed conveying device, the main tuyere and the auxiliary tuyere, the sorting effect is remarkable and the separation efficiency of light substances and heavy substances is high.
3. Intellectual property rights and industrialization
