In view of the outstanding problems of overloading, unbalanced and biased containers caused by the complex types of railway containers and the large number of mixed goods, as well as the possible serious consequences such as rollover of trucks, line damage and casualties, and taking into account the high timeliness of loading by customers, the Institute of Science and Technology of Shanghai Bureau Group Company, relying on the science and technology plan of Shanghai Bureau Group Company, successfully developed an intelligent container overload and unbalanced load detection device, which can detect 20 feet, During the lifting process, the 40/45-foot container can automatically complete the measurement, judgment and super value sound and light alarm of the bias, bias and total weight at one time, and display the bias and bias areas in an image manner to control the container from the source. Excessive load problem provides important technical support for ensuring freight safety. This project has the following innovations: 1. Based on the characteristics of the overall structure of the container spreader, a novel design idea of integrating sensor installation and measurement is proposed. On the basis of not changing the overall structure of the container spreader, the tension sensor and the rotary lock are integrated. The torque balance principle is used to establish a measurement model. The total weight, bias and bias load data of the container are obtained through mechanical calculation and special calculation processing software., which not only ensures the stable cooperation between the sensor and the rotary lock, but also improves the accuracy and reliability of the measurement data; 2. Creatively use a variety of signal filtering processing technologies to solve the impact of shaking on measurement accuracy during container lifting. Filtering technologies such as pi; and T-type filtering, pre-low pass filtering and adaptive filtering, and sampling value averaging method are adopted to solve the instability of measurement data caused by shaking and improve the accuracy, stability and reliability of measurement data;3. Solve the technical problem of long-distance data transmission in container freight yards. It adopts 2.4G frequency-hopping spread spectrum FHSS technology, TOP MODBUS communication protocol and PLC communication technology to realize the synchronous operation of the door crane driver's console and the signaler's handheld PDA, ensuring long-distance stable transmission of data, and the transmission distance can reach 1 kilometer. Improve operation efficiency;4. Innovate container loading operation methods. The container number and vehicle number can be entered through the handheld industrial computer PDA, and the function of scanning the container number with a QR code is reserved; by setting alarm thresholds for various indicators (including total weight, heavy weight, biased load, and upper limit of empty containers and lower limit threshold of heavy containers), it is possible to identify empty and heavy containers, alarm with sound and light beyond the threshold, and display the location of areas with heavy weight and biased load in an image manner. After scientific and technological novelty search and expert review, it is believed that the project has filled the technical gap in the field of railway container loading production safety, the overall technical level and main technical indicators have reached the domestic leading level, and won the first prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Shanghai Railway Bureau. In December 2016, it passed the technical review of new products of railway special measuring instruments by China Academy of Railway Sciences as a special measuring instrument for railways. More than 50 sets of this technical achievement have been popularized and used in Shanghai Bureau Group Company, Harbin Group Company and Guangzhou Bureau Group Company, etc., directly generating economic benefits of 11.5 million yuan. It solves the safety monitoring problem that has long troubled the freight department that the container is overloaded and cannot be loaded in real time.
