This project belongs to the field of aerospace science and technology. As aircraft functions become increasingly complex and the amount of information exchange between systems increases, implementing a demand-driven forward aircraft design and development model, taking the status of requirements being captured, confirmed, satisfied, realized, and verified throughout the life cycle as the starting point. Strengthen the process management and control of the project and use the database to conduct traceability, item-based and refined management of massive aircraft requirements and related data is an effective means for the project to improve quality, reduce risks, and ensure success. Therefore, the construction of a demand management database platform has also become an important basic and prerequisite work for aircraft projects. Existing commercial databases are relatively common, but the business processes of enterprises are very different. Therefore, commercial software must be customized configured and secondary developed according to the business processes of enterprises to meet the actual use requirements of enterprises. Establishing a demand management platform requires overcoming key and difficult technologies such as process integration and cross-platform software integration. In view of the fact that there are no successful project examples in China to learn from, the work of this project is made more challenging and groundbreaking. This project takes the C919 project as the traction and application object, and establishes a dynamic itemized demand management platform suitable for large passenger aircraft projects based on the DOORS database. The main innovative achievements are: 1) Establish a demand management document system and standardized management mechanism for aircraft projects. Establish a C919 project requirements management document system to define requirements management processes and methods that comply with ARP4754A; based on aircraft PBS and WBS, define an aircraft project requirements information architecture with complete content and clear levels, standardize the topological relationship between requirements at each level and relevant data, establish a model requirements network; establish a project requirements attribute library, view library and rule library to achieve unified template management and improve work efficiency. 2)Build an integrated demand management platform with unique, collaborative, and controllable demand data. For the first time in China, it has implemented requirements item-based signing and review, and realized functions such as automatic new documents, automatic export of documents, synchronization of signing and review processes, and synchronization of change processes. It integrates the requirements management platform and the product data management (PDM) platform to realize requirements management and configuration management. Collection of processes and software platforms such as airworthiness management, standardization, etc. 3) Establish a full-life cycle requirements management monitoring and inspection mechanism and develop statistical tools for key indicators (KPI) of requirements management. Establish a demand management monitoring mechanism, define KPI indicator systems such as demand status, maturity and demand management process compliance for the entire life cycle of the aircraft, and develop tools such as KPI data collection, data analysis, and automatic reporting to achieve refined management of demand status., provide quantitative assessment mechanisms and means for implementing refined demand management throughout the entire life cycle of the aircraft. The platform has independent intellectual property rights, overcomes technologies such as multi-business process integration, requirement management KPI definition, and multi-type data modeling, and realizes functions such as automated database configuration, requirement entry management, and association of requirements and related data. It has realized entry management of 13 types of files such as requirements, functions, interfaces, and FHA. The database manages 327 files with a total of approximately 78000 entries (Among them, 37256 requirements), before the first flight of the C919 aircraft, it is judged whether the aircraft has reached the first flight status based on whether the requirements have been verified. Currently, flight test verification and airworthiness certification preparation are being carried out based on requirements, and the implementation of requirements management has significantly improved. The C919 project's overall control over technology and management capabilities. At the same time, the results have been applied and promoted to ARJ21 and CR929 projects. The technical capabilities formed are of great significance for China Comac to improve its integrated technology and process management and control capabilities. More than 20 units under the jurisdiction of Aerospace Science and Technology, Aerospace Science and Technology, AVIC, and China Power Science and Technology have successively come to investigate. The research results of this project also have high application value in aerospace, shipbuilding, automobiles, informatization and other fields.
