Project Introduction:
The purpose of this project is to solve key technical problems such as glare, light distribution design, uncomfortable light color, short life and low efficiency caused by driving technology that are difficult to overcome in the use of LEDs in functional lighting, and achieve high performance, high efficiency, and high power factors. Design and industrialization of stable long-life LED lighting products.
Good lighting is beneficial to people's physical and mental health and improves work efficiency; inappropriate illumination, uneven light distribution, strong strobes, glare, etc., can harm people's health. Studies have also shown that ipRGCs, intrinsic photosensitive nerve node cells on the retina of the human eye, can inhibit the secretion of melatonin from the pineal gland of the human brain, thereby affecting people's biological functions such as sleep, aging and depression. How to comprehensively evaluate the multiple effects of lighting and use them for product optimization design is an important issue and problem that needs to be solved in the design of lighting products.
In addition, due to the variety of LED lighting products, their lighting forms and combination forms are different from traditional light sources, resulting in lag in technical performance evaluation and measurement methods and standards, and some key technologies such as optics and drive design are difficult to overcome. Many LED lighting products on the market currently have various problems such as uncomfortable glare, unsatisfactory optical design distribution, low power factor or serious stroboscopic, and light color distortion.
To this end, this project focuses on key technologies such as LED commercial lighting optics, driving, and ergonomics design. The main invention points include: An efficient, fast and simple one-time package free-form surface lens design method, a new comprehensive design method for health lighting products based on ergonomics experimental research, a new low-glare and high-transmittance thin film coating technology using in-situ free polymerization, based on light-Long-life LED driver circuit design technology optimized by electric-thermal balance and efficient LED driver circuit design technology based on frequency-power optimization.
This achievement has been authorized for 6 invention patents, 14 utility model patents and 4 design patents, and has published 9 SCI/EI papers. This intellectual property has been transformed into industry. Shanghai Hanwei Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yanqing Lighting Group Co., Ltd. have produced LED series lighting products with high performance, high reliability, long life, good heat dissipation and good electromagnetic compatibility. The corresponding lamp product parameters are 10% higher than ordinary domestic products of the same period, which is equivalent to the technical parameters of internationally leading products. It has been unanimously recognized by experts such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission, and the Semiconductor Lighting Industry Alliance. More than 20 items have been promoted and applied to hospital indoor lighting, rail transit lighting, bridges, buildings, and Urban area landscape lighting covering many provinces and cities across the country. The cumulative functional lighting project renovation area exceeds 1.2 million square meters; the project volume and cost of landscape lighting exceed RMB 200 million. Among the applications obtained in Shanghai Dongfang Hospital, Renji Hospital and other places, due to its excellent performance, Shanghai Shentong Metro Lines 2 and 8 have been further demonstrated. It has performed well in many large-scale engineering applications such as the Shanghai Bund, the World Expo-Lupu Bridge landscape lighting, and its high performance, high quality and reliability have won widespread praise from users; Yanqing Lighting Group was awarded the top ten most growing brands in the 2012"Kouzijiao" Cup; The 2011 Outstanding Landscape Lighting Works Award in Delta Ecological Park in Suzhou City, the Outstanding Performance Award in Lighting Fireworks Fountain at the Opening Ceremony of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and the 2010 Contribution Award in Landscape Lighting Engineering to Welcome the World Expo.
