The process flow is: sewage-grille-lift pump-double membrane internal circulation bioreactor (DMBR equipment)-ultraviolet disinfection-discharge up to standard. The key equipment is a dual-membrane internal circulation bioreactor, with technical characteristics: high treatment efficiency and good effluent quality; compact equipment and small floor area; easy to realize automatic control and simple operation and management.

Taking the DMBR dual membrane internal circulation biological reaction technology sewage treatment project in Chengxiang Town, Laibin City as an example, the demonstration project entrusted Guangxi Jiu 'an Testing Service Co., Ltd. to conduct sampling and monitoring the water quality of the project. The inlet water indicators all meet the design requirements, and the outlet water indicators also meet the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB/T18918-2002) Class A standard, CODcr ≤ 50mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 10mg/L, SS ≤ 10mg/L, NH3-N ≤ 5mg/L, TP ≤ 0.5 mg/L, animal and vegetable oils 0.01- 0.2 mg/L, completed annual reduction of pollutants CODcr: 78.621t;TP: 0.9125t;TN: 9.125t;NH3-N: 8.906t. In terms of social benefits, on the one hand, the application and implementation of this project have improved the problem of random sewage discharge in urban and rural areas, greatly improved the people's living environment and the surrounding ecological environment, and effectively recycled water resources. On the other hand, the sewage treatment process of this project can be combined with the 3RCM regional remote monitoring and control system independently developed by the company to realize the "Internet of Things + Sewage Treatment Plant" operation and management model, and the electrical equipment, dosing equipment, and sewage of the sewage treatment plant can be monitored and operated online. Treatment equipment can be remotely monitored and operated to achieve unmanned duty, reducing labor costs and problems such as personnel stationed in the plant, staff loss, and inadequate supervision.
