

This project belongs to the field of food science and technology. The emergency industry is an industry that serves emergency prevention and emergency preparedness, monitoring and early warning, disposal and rescue, and is an important symbol of the comprehensive response capabilities of national security. Food safety has now become an important part of national security. Accelerating the construction of the food safety testing emergency industry chain and effectively responding to various emergencies and subsequent rescue and disposal have become urgent issues for the development of food safety technology. However, at present, my country's food safety testing emergency industry is still in its infancy. There are many problems that need to be solved urgently, such as the incomplete emergency industry chain system, the lack of an emergency product system that is compatible with my country's food safety status, and some key technology products rely on imports to support the common core technologies of industrial development urgently need breakthroughs. From the perspective of food safety emergency services and disposal systems, this project integrates the advantages of testing institutions, scientific research institutes and production enterprises involved in all aspects of the upstream and downstream food testing industry chain, and establishes a technical system for food chemical pollutants and prohibited additives and irradiation emergency detection services based on the characteristics of food safety emergencies, and develops emergency testing equipment, reagents, standard substances and consumables with independent intellectual property rights. Improve food safety monitoring, early warning and technical support capabilities for responding to food safety emergencies, and realize the localization of key testing resources to ensure product localization, and achieve dual unity of social and economic benefits.
(1) Establish a technical support platform for food safety emergency services: The rapid sample pretreatment methods such as subcritical water, QuEChERS and solvent accelerated extraction are combined with chromatography, spectroscopy and mass spectrometry to realize high-throughput cross-category detection technology for more than 200 kinds of veterinary drugs, colorants, plasticizers and other potential pollutants in food. An interdisciplinary multi-means joint detection system for identification of irradiated food is innovatively established. These technologies generally have the characteristics of high efficiency, speed, accuracy, energy saving and environmental protection, and can realize emergency monitoring, early warning and efficient response. Realize the demand of "detection and quick detection" in the emergency system;(2) Establish a quality control platform for food safety emergency detection: Two classes of 4 stable isotope labeled internal standard reagents were synthesized and prepared for the first time in China (15N3-melamine, D6-leuco crystal violet, etc.) and 2 kinds of physical standard substances for veterinary drug detection, while breaking the monopoly of relevant imported products and realizing localization, are used for quality control of emergency detection to ensure the demand of "accurate detection" in emergency system;(3) Establish food safety emergency detection resource guarantee platform: Innovatively develop new high-energy and low-consumption microwave digestion instruments, portable photoluminescence irradiation identification instruments and high-efficiency composite solid phase extraction columns to fill domestic gaps and promote and ensure food safety emergency through the demonstration and promotion of emergency testing technologies and standard systems. Localized technological innovation and economic transformation and development of the industry.
This project has applied for a total of 11 national patents, 7 authorizations, 1 software copyright, 2 national-level standard materials, formulated 1 national standard, 20 industry standards, and 2 works; published 39 papers, including SCI and EI 14, and 25 Chinese core journals. After novelty search, the overall technical level of this project has reached international advanced.
The results of the project are widely used in daily testing, risk monitoring and evaluation of import and export food at Shanghai, Guangdong, Xiamen and other ports. In three years, more than 90,000 batches of samples were tested, and food safety emergencies such as "milk powder melamine" and "instant noodle irradiation door" were successfully responded to., banned pigments were detected in imported food and forwarded to the national system in the form of warning notices; various testing technologies provide food safety guarantees for major events such as the World Expo and the World Tour Games; Various technologies are used in standard form for product quality control and third-party testing services of food production enterprises; the internal standard reagents, solid phase extraction columns, standard materials, microwave digestion instruments, etc. developed by the project have been put on the market and have been used in multiple testing laboratories. It is widely used and promoted in the industry while producing good economic benefits.
