Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute and Chuankai Electric Co., Ltd. have developed a complete and mature new anti-seismic cable tray and support technology and process scheme by absorbing the advanced design concept of foreign tray support and hanger products and combining the production experience of existing tray support and hanger products. The scheme includes two parts: new cable tray scheme and new anti-seismic support and hanger scheme. On the basis of completing the demonstration of the new anti-seismic cable tray and support and hanger scheme, prototype trial production was carried out, and based on the various technical requirements of the nuclear power plant for anti-seismic cable tray supports and hangers, relevant tests were carried out on the anti-seismic cable tray and support and hanger.
The new cable tray includes solid bottom trays and ladder trays. The main types are: straight section, horizontal bend, horizontal tee, horizontal cross, horizontal left/middle/right reducer double, horizontal variable tee, horizontal variable diameter cross, horizontal variable diameter cross, horizontal Y-shaped left/right tee, vertical upper bend, vertical upper and lower tee, etc. The theme adopts high-quality carbon structural steel plate Q235B.
The new anti-seismic support and hanger is composed of support arms, columns, angle steel connectors, and steel end plates connected through special high-strength spring slot fasteners and high-strength bolts, and does not require drilling and welding. The main structural types include: double-rod supports and hangers, single-rod support and hangers, arm support and hangers, vertical arm support and hangers, vertical double rod support and hangers and special supports and hangers.
The new anti-seismic bridge supports and hangers are based on the most advanced bridge support systems at home and abroad for design and development. The product is thin and light in weight.
