

This project belongs to the field of textile dyeing and finishing technology. It is a new type of textile dyeing and finishing auxiliary among fine chemicals in my country's high-tech field. It has been included in the "12th Five-Year Plan" Scientific and Technological Progress Outline by China's textile industry and is a key technical field supported by the state.
The company has developed a new textile dyeing and finishing auxiliary-Pugong tea saponin based on the original process in the traditional textile dyeing and finishing industry. This product has a particle size of 10.~45nm TiO2 is used as a carrier, modified ordinary tea saponin, sheared and dispersed by a high shear disperser, and then compounded with other materials. This product does not contain any harmful chemical elements such as formaldehyde and APEO. When used, it can achieve the treatment effect of the original process without adding caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and other chemical additives, and its performance indicators such as capillary effect and whiteness far exceed existing process. This product can process almost all cellulose fibers and their products such as cotton and its blended yarns, woven fabrics, and knitted fabrics. Without changing the original equipment, it realizes the true sense of the printing and dyeing industry by simply adding it directly. Environmentally friendly operations completed in one step.
Compared with traditional processes, the products of this project have the following characteristics:
- Efficient and short process
Taking all-cotton cotton fabric as an example, the traditional process generally adopts step-by-step processing methods of annealing, boiling, and bleaching. The shortcoming of this process route is that it takes a long time and can take up to 3 hours. However, the Bugong tea saponin process can combine the original equipment and the strong alkali cooking and bleaching processes into one process. Under the condition that other process conditions remain unchanged, the pretreatment technical requirements are met in the same equipment, the same treatment liquid, and the same process. This kind of operation process is simpler. The process time has also been shortened to about 1 hour, significantly improving production efficiency. - Environmental protection and sustainability
The original textile dyeing and finishing pre-treatment process is an alkali-oxygen process, which uses a large amount of caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and other chemicals. This method easily produces a large amount of alkaline sewage. Due to the large amount, the treatment of wastewater is quite difficult. The Pugong tea saponin process replaces the traditional alkali oxidizer to achieve the original treatment effect. Since chemical additives such as caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide are eliminated, the discharge of alkaline sewage can be reduced by about 30%, and the COD concentration of sewage is also reduced. This product solves the high pollution and high emission problems that have long plagued the textile dyeing and finishing industry, and achieves environmentally friendly and sustainable development of the textile dyeing and finishing industry. - Process safety (fabric, labor)
Fabric safety: Strong chemicals such as caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide are used in the original process, so the processed fabric fibers are usually severely damaged. The processed fabric has poor hair effect and a hard hand feel; Pugong tea saponin does not contain strong chemical substances, so the processing process is relatively soft, and the processed fabric has better hair effect and a soft hand feel.
Artificial safety: Due to the use of caustic soda, safety accidents such as burns occur during traditional treatment processes, causing great safety hazards. Pugong tea saponin does not contain strong chemical substances, and will not cause physical and other personal injuries during manual contact, thus achieving safe production.
The company is now a member of the Dyeing and Finishing Professional Committee of China Textile Engineering Society. The technical method and use of this product have been authorized by invention patents, with the patent number: ZL200910201373.4; relevant technical research results have been published in the "Dyeing and Finishing Technology" journal of the Dyeing and Finishing Professional Committee of China Textile Engineering Society; The product has been tried in many textile printing and dyeing factories such as Shanghai Tiqiao Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Qise Rainbow Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd., which proves that the product has a good effect and has saved customers a total of about 11 million yuan in costs. Pugong tea saponin has now been included in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for scientific and technological progress in the textile industry. It strives to achieve industrialization by 2015, and the promotion rate will reach 10% of the industry by 2020, so as to realize the transformation of the traditional textile printing and dyeing industry from high pollution and high energy consumption to low pollution and low energy consumption will produce huge economic and social benefits.
