After years of informatization construction, the East China Electric Power Regulation and Control Sub-center has basically built a dispatch EMS system.(ABB system and OPEN3000 system), electricity collection and billing system, wide area measurement system, water dispatching automation system, dispatching management information system, power market system, planning system, equipment shutdown and maintenance and other information systems. Due to the different hardware platforms, development languages, communication protocols, database structures, etc., the power dispatching network must be safely partitioned and horizontally isolated, As a result, the interaction between various systems cannot fully meet the business needs of the East China Electric Power Regulation and Control Sub-center, especially the construction of the advanced Regulation and Control Sub-center project group has highlighted this contradiction. The all-round, in-depth, flexible configuration, and easy-to-use integration of information between various systems has become an indispensable key part of the dispatch center.
The key technologies and applications of the East China Power Grid's comprehensive power dispatch data platform will, based on full research, analysis and understanding of the dispatch business and technical support system, plan and design the standards, models, and technical platforms for the integration of East China Power Grid's dispatch information, and build the dispatch data platform provides a good foundation for the integration, sharing and utilization of information between various systems, and carries out visual statistical analysis and auxiliary decision-making functions for process decision-making and leadership decision-making based on actual needs. This project has established a centralized management platform for key business information of the regulation and control sub-centers. Based on unified standards and information models, it organically integrates power grid models, graphics, and data of different systems, and realizes historical version preservation and unified access of relevant information. At the same time, information sharing across security zones is realized. Based on the integrated data, data analysis and mining applications were developed. The project has researched and established a modeling technical mechanism and management mechanism for massive models and operating data in power grid enterprises, realizing the integration and unified management of cross-system power grid information models. At the same time, it has researched and developed safe and controllable Zone II/III information synchronization mechanism, researched and developed information display and utilization methods such as intelligent search, business intelligence display, and graph module proposal display, and provided GDA general data access interface to the outside world.
Through the construction of this project, problems such as inconsistent models among the total multi-service systems of the power dispatching center, inconsistent main data, difficult cross-regional access, difficult preservation of historical information, and difficult data correlation have been solved, and the regulation and control sub-centers have been significantly improved. The ability to share scheduling information among internal business departments, other departments and external departments, and at the same time, the ability to flexibly respond to changes in demand has been greatly improved. The functions such as heavy-duty trend analysis and historical trend SVG display developed in this project realize business functions that were originally difficult to achieve. It can reduce duplicate construction, save informatization investment, and improve the utilization efficiency of enterprise informatization assets.
Based on the research results of this project, 7 national patents have been applied for, 2 of which have been authorized.
