 This achievement comprehensively applies bulk industrial solid waste to subgrade engineering, including complete sets of technologies for filling subgrade with high liquid limit clay and excessively wet soil, complete sets of technologies for filling subgrade with sintered red mud, and complete sets of technologies for solid waste-based foam light soil. All three technologies have been successfully applied to highway subgrade engineering, and a corresponding complete set of subgrade filling construction technologies have been formed.
 This achievement is mainly used in the field of highway construction. Applying this achievement to subgrade engineering, about 3000 tons of cement can be saved per kilometer of expressway, about 100,000 tons of sintered red mud or sulfur-fixing ash can be consumed, and the project cost can be reduced by about 1 million yuan.
