Solution details
1. Project introduction (brief introduction of the basic situation of the project)
Using inorganic-organic composite material technology, high-performance infrared blocking nano powder is uniformly dispersed in an aqueous medium to obtain an energy-saving, environmentally friendly and high-performance transparent thermal insulation coating. The maximum light transmittance can reach 80%, the infrared blocking rate is more than 90%, and the surface hardness> 6H, the complete set of process technologies has been mass-produced, and the product has been verified on the spot in domestic greenhouses. Since the cost performance is much higher than that of similar foreign products, some products have been exported to advanced foreign countries.
2. Cooperation content
(1) Brief introduction of the main related technologies involved (mainly introduce the main technical contents involved in this project and other technologies that need to be supported)
Coating formulation design technology, nano-powder preparation/blending technology, nano-powder dispersion technology, low-haze coating technology, high-hardness long-life coating technology, and other complete sets of technologies for the design and production of this coating. Application fields and markets need to be extensively explored, and promotion needs the support of relevant users. The product market demand is huge, and the cost performance ratio ranks among the top at home and abroad.
(2) Proposed cooperation areas and cooperation objects (mainly describe the areas and recipients of cooperation in the project)
Buildings, automobiles, agricultural greenhouses, coating production enterprises, etc. There is no limit to the area.
(3) Proposed cooperation model (briefly introduce the future business model of the project and the cooperation model you hope to carry out) Cooperation model can be negotiated in detail.
3. Cooperation cases (if there are demonstrations, applications, etc., available)
Cooperative relationships have been established with domestic companies, and their products have been verified on the spot by the Shanghai Botanical Garden.
4. Project implementation unit (brief introduction of the main undertaking unit and cooperating unit of the project)
The Shanghai Institute of Silicate, Chinese Academy of Sciences has a long history of materials research (1928) and outstanding achievements. It is currently a well-known research unit for inorganic non-metallic materials at home and abroad. The R & D team of about 30 people on smart glass such as electrochromes is led by national specially appointed experts from the Thousand Talents Plan.
