This project belongs to the field of design and manufacturing of power generation equipment. 1. Project Background In recent years, the country's internal combustion engine combined cycle project has shown a blowout development momentum. At the same time, under the national policy requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, and electricity determination by heat, the demand for combined-cycle steam turbines has gradually shifted from simple peak shaving power generation to cogeneration. To this end, the newly developed units must be safe and efficient, not only meet the extraction steam heating needs, but also operate according to the characteristics of combined cycle steam turbines. At the same time, they must also have independent intellectual property rights. This project was launched against the above background and requirements. Through series development, it can meet the mainstream adjustable extraction steam market demand of 0.4~3.0MPa. 2. Main technical innovations 1) Development of a one-drive extraction condensing exhaust steam turbine (NC type lower exhaust steam turbine): The technology of the world's first reaction and impulse combined heat and power turbine with rotating diaphragms has completed our company's first high-and medium-pressure cylinder module to realize adjustable steam extraction. Industrial adjustment of steam extraction of 0.6 - 1.4MPa is achieved on the high-and medium-pressure module through the rotating diaphragms, and the position of the rotating diaphragms in the flow passage is used to meet the requirements of different users. 2)High-emission extraction technology: A new high-parameter industrial extraction solution. This technology breaks through the constraints of traditional concepts. High-emission extraction technology has been proposed for the first time in the world. Industrial extraction is more efficient and solves the problem of using intermediate-pressure cylinder steam extraction under high extraction parameters. The problem of high-quality energy waste improves the efficiency of the unit, while improving the unit's adaptability to extraction parameters and the flexibility of heating parameters, and can achieve adjustable extraction of 1.2 to 3.0MPa. For an F-class one-drive-one unit, the extraction parameter is 1.8MPa and 300 ℃. High exhaust extraction technology is adopted. Compared with the traditional intermediate-pressure cylinder extraction technology, the combined cycle power generation efficiency under pure condensation condition is increased by 0.2%~0.3%, and the output under extraction condition is increased by 3 MW. 3)Development of a one-to-one autonomous axial exhaust extraction condensing steam turbine (NC type shaft exhaust steam turbine): It is the first time in China that a shaft exhaust steam turbine suitable for high-exhaust extraction has been independently developed. The unit adopts a unique bearing floor support design and has excellent shafting vibration characteristics. It also overcame the localization technology of SSS clutch and developed cold pre-warming rapid and rapid start technology to effectively improve the peak shaving performance of the unit during cold start. The low-level layout of the unit can save tens of millions of civil construction costs for the cogeneration power plant. 4)One-drive-one condensing back-extraction steam turbine technology (NCB steam turbine) has completed the design of the first F-class one-drive-one condensing back-extraction steam turbine with independent intellectual property rights in China. An automatic synchronous clutch is set between the high-pressure cylinder and the low-pressure cylinder, realizing online disconnection or parallel operation at low pressure, and back-pressure operation during the winter heating season, achieving maximum heating and heating steam extraction of 0.4Mpa.&& 3. Intellectual Property Status and Level This project has applied for and obtained a total of 10 patents, and published 7 papers (1 article included in EI). In addition, relevant standards have been formed for some results of this project, which has promoted industry progress. Comprehensive technology is internationally advanced. 4. Promotion and application, economic and social benefits This project meets the characteristics of highly customization of adjustable steam extraction in the combined cycle market, with wide adaptability and excellent performance. At present, our company has signed orders for 25 combined cycle units, and the total sales of steam turbines have reached 1.8 billion yuan. The first unit was applied to the Beijing Northwest Thermal Power Project and was successfully put into operation in April 2014. So far, 10 units have been put into operation. Judging from the operating conditions of the units that have been put into operation, the unit is running stably, safe and reliable, and all performance indicators have reached or exceeded the design values, which has been well received by users. The development of this project has improved the efficiency of power plants and significantly reduced the emissions of waste gas and waste. It is of great significance to the promotion and application of efficient and clean power generation technology in my country.
