The project "Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Integrated Performance Design Platform and Application for Hydraulic Excavators" follows the systematic product design methodology based on the premise of the overall system, and utilizes the rapid development of analytical technologies such as fluid, solid, and electromechanical coupling. The multidisciplinary integration of system design and control expression aims to integrate serial design under the guidance of the customized design method route for the overall performance of hydraulic excavators For coupling and conflict problems (between main systems and subsystems, between different media, between different physical fields, etc.), the "integrated design" method is used to expand the solution set space of design objects with specific matching object conditions, and a support has been built. The "Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Integrated Performance Design Platform and Application of Hydraulic Excavator" includes the "20-ton Excavator Parametric Analysis and Performance Simulation System" and the "20-ton Excavator Performance Test" in cooperation with Shanshi Machinery Co., Ltd. Two sub-projects. It has been successfully promoted and applied in projects such as "Parametric Analysis and Performance Simulation System for 20-Ton Excavators" of Shanshi Machinery Co., Ltd.,"Performance Test of 20-Ton Excavator" and Zoomlion Heavy Industry Co., Ltd."Performance Simulation, Verification and Display of 300-Ton Ultra-Large Hydraulic Excavator" and obtained market recognition. After years of application practice, a company has realized the development of a customized series of excavators, with cumulative new sales of more than 2 billion yuan and an increase of 340 million yuan in tax revenue.
